I don't want to be just another doctor who has failed you.
I will ask you not to "pick and choose" parts of what I ask you to do, and to follow through on your program. It is heartbreaking to have a patient do only parts of what is needed to get themselves well, then be disappointed with the results. It is maddening to have a patient who has not followed directions stand before me and say "well, it did not work".
This is even more important if you still are doing things that add stress to your body such as smoking, artificial sweeteners, drugs, Mountain Dew, processed food, not resting, hours of computer work, etc, Is it reasonable to do only part of what I ask you to do and still expect your body to heal?
I know you have tried many things before you have come to my office. You have tried and it has not worked or you would not be here...Let someone else help you now, OK?
You know I have asked you lots of times to please work on eliminating wheat from your diet. It is hard to tell you all the reasons in the office so thanks for coming here to get the details so I don't have to repeat it again. Remember, when you get your intestines healed, you can probably go back to eating it again on a limited basis, but you have to lay off for now!
Pastries, bread, pasta: they digest very quickly and raise your blood sugar like you just ate a candy bar.
Wheat can be sprayed with roundup/glyphosate before it is harvested to force the plant to make more seeds. then it is harvested and sprayed after harvest. Then they grind it up and feed it to you.
Bromine is often used as a dough conditioner. Bromine binds to iodine receptors on the thyroid and keeps it from absorbing iodine.
Gluten is very difficult for unhealthy intestines to break down. It is allergenic. It binds with roundup and carries it into the body.
It has sticky molecules called lectins that stick to elements in your blood: Now you have clumps of unusable formed elements that now have to be cleaned up by the immune system.
When we get your intestines healed then we can talk about eating it again, OK?
We have a special table that allows you to lay face down and relax. The doctor moves your head in a nodding motion. This opens the joints slightly so it takes very little motion to adjust the joint. Most people find in very relaxing and enjoy being adjusted this way.
We use whole food vitamins made in the USA. Our favorite companies are Standard Process and Loomis Enzymes. These companies are high grade and are only sold to professionals. They are not sold directly to the public.
Amazon receives inventory of the same product from many sources. There are companies in China that make counterfeit vitamins from heaven knows what and ships them to Amazon for sale. They are then put in bins together with all suppliers. When you order, they pick up whatever is on top and send it to you. So the supplier you place your order with is not necessarily the one who is supplying your vitamins.
Most vitamins are made in China. If you are lucky they are made in test tubes out of things like coal tar and genetically modified corn syrup. I have heard stories of them having been made of unmentionable things. (Think I am trying to scare you? Look it up for yourself!)
I ask my patients to please use products from my office. Part of my job is to know about supplements and make the judgement about what is quality and will work best for you. If you are buying elsewhere, do you know what you are getting and if the manufacturer is accountable? Who is the manufacturer? Is what they claim is in the vitamin really in there? Are they whole products or synthetics? I know our products are quality, non GMO, clean, safe, and effective.
